Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently take charge of the planning for overseas payment and collection channels, cross-border intelligent routing, and cross-timezone public product capabilities. Conduct detailed product function analysis based on business objectives and promote the implementation and landing of relevant initiatives.
2. Track and analyze the service quality of overseas payment channels, drive the establishment and iteration of the indicator system, and ensure the continuous improvement of service quality.
3. Decompose and analyze demand scenarios, and collaborate with upstream and downstream teams at home and abroad (such as external channels, finance, compliance and anti-money laundering, product R&D and testing teams) to ensure the progress and quality of product delivery.
4. Research industry trends, set phased development planning goals, and achieve the optimization of user experience, improvement of cost-effectiveness, and landing of standardized capabilities in phases.
5. Based on the compliance requirements of different countries/regions, develop and output standardized solutions, and continuously iterate product designs in conjunction with market changes.
Job Requirements?
1?Bachelor's degree or above in mathematics, finance, or related majors; proficiency in English as a working language; overseas work experience is preferred.
2?More than 5 years of work experience in cross-border payment products or related industries, with a good command of product methodologies.
4?Result-oriented, able to adapt to a high-intensity and fast-paced work environment, and possess curiosity as well as the ability to learn quickly and embrace trial and error.
