Position



Manage the Front of House Reception of the London office, receive all visitors and deliveries, arrange all postage and oversee the daily running of the office. Support the London office team with administration for events, press, trainings, stock transfers and monitoring, travel arrangements and ad hoc projects ###

Job responsibilities



Professionally handle and direct all calls received for the London office Act as office point of contact for internal departments and external contacts Answering the telephone, intercom and welcoming visitors to the office Key holder and office security responsibility. Responsible for opening office at 8.30am Monday - Friday Receiving, distributing and franking post daily Logging post and watches on in house database Management and tracking of stock held in the office Organising and receiving couriers and deliveries and completing relevant documentation Arranging and planning meetings/office diary and organising refreshments and lunches for staff and visitors Point of contact for all office suppliers and responsible for ordering and managing stock and supplies (drinks, plants, stationary, newspapers) Office administration and ad-hoc duties Responsible for the presentation of the office Liaise with PR Agency and assist Communications Manager with couriers, loan forms and other arrangements for press/photoshoots. Assist PA with projects on ongoing basis. Support Marketing team in organising trainings: prepare all agendas, transport arrangements, event logistics Support Marketing team in monthly budget reconciliation: use SAP to create Purchase Orders to ensure transparency and control of expenditure Support Marketing team with event management: transport arrangements, POSM delivery coordination, Assemble monthly Press Review documentation Assisting LVMH Watch brands with ad hoc projects Maintaining the upkeep of the magazine library ###

Experience in office/customer service/reception role Experience of working with senior team members Excellent PC skills and accuracy Office management experience
