We're Hiring: Long-Term Teaching Assistants & Learning Mentors (Mid & West Cornwall)

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with their learning, wellbeing, and development? We are working with a range of education settings across mid and west Cornwall who are looking for dedicated, talented support staff to join their teams on a long-term, full-time basis.

The Role

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:15pm (term-time only)

Age groups:

Primary and secondary ages

Needs You'll Support:

Autism, ADHD, Down's Syndrome, SEMH needs, sensory needs, challenging behaviour, medical needs, physical disabilities.

Pay:

13.75 per hour (PAYE)

Environments:

Specialist provisions, mainstream ARB/SEN units

Support required:

Both classroom-based and out-of-class learning

We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have Experience In:

SEN support in Primary, Secondary or specialist schools Care work (children or adults) Sports coaching Forest school or outdoor education Mental health support Trauma informed practice
