L'Oreal Luxe Multi-Brand Stock Keeper - Oxford Street (37.5 hours)

Your Mission:

As a Stock Keeper, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our L'Oreal Luxe Multi-Brand location. You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining stock levels for a variety of prestigious brands, ensuring efficient product flow and supporting the front-of-house team. You'll be a key part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional luxury beauty experiences.

Stock Management Expertise:

Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders. Accurately record stock movements using inventory management systems. Organize and store stock efficiently to maximize space utilization and minimize damage. Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Process product returns according to brand procedures. Maintain detailed stock records and generate reports for management.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines. Ensure stock is properly separated and clearly identified. Assist in preparing stock for transfer between locations, if needed. Proactively identify and resolve stock-related issues.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate effectively with the sales team to fulfill stock requests and address any stock discrepancies. Communicate effectively with the warehouse and logistics teams regarding incoming and outgoing shipments. Liaise with brand representatives regarding stock allocations and any product-specific requirements.

Technology Proficiency:

Proficient in using POS software and other digital systems for stock management. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.

Brand Alignment:

Understand and adhere to brand visual merchandising guidelines for stockroom organization. Maintain a professional and organized appearance.

Additional Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (excluding Christmas Day).
