Overview

We are seeking a full time tramper for Irish work . Curtain sider fridge box vans .Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while delivering goods to various locations. This role requires the ability to operate different types of vehicles, including flatbed lorries, and ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

Drive lorries safely and efficiently to transport goods to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items on flatbed lorries. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required by the company. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during operations. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle.

Experience

Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly with flatbed lorries, is preferred. A valid commercial driving licence is essential for this role. Previous experience as a delivery driver is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices in transportation. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
