Concept Claim Solutions is a trusted name in property insurance claims management. With a network of professional loss assessors operating across the UK, we represent policyholders to ensure fair and accurate settlements. We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Loss Adjuster to join our team in a technical advisory role.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Loss Adjuster who is looking for something different from the day-to-day pressures of handling a high-volume caseload. In this varied and rewarding role, you will:

Provide technical advice and support to our nationwide network of loss assessors. Manage a small number of high-value domestic property and business interruption claims. Assist and mentor assessors at different stages of their careers, offering guidance and coaching. Undertake occasional site visits across the UK as required. Split your time between home working, travel, and periodic attendance at our Fulwood office.

About You

We are seeking someone who is confident, collaborative, and keen to share their knowledge. You will need:

A minimum of

Cert CILA

qualification. Proven experience in handling property claims, ideally including high-value and complex cases. Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide others. Some knowledge of building and construction, as most of our claims relate to domestic property. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.

Additional Information

As an FCA-authorised firm, successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and credit check as part of our onboarding process.
