Your mission:

You\'ll quickly become an expert in a range of duties:
\xc2\xb7 You\'ll handle investigations of theft and loss,
\xc2\xb7 You\'ll master Loss Exposure and Loss Controls analysis,
\xc2\xb7 You\'ll learn your way around physical security systems and controls,
\xc2\xb7 You\'ll collaborate with contractor guard services,
\xc2\xb7 You\'ll partake in Loss Prevention education and awareness programs,
\xc2\xb7 And you\'ll get involved in workplace violence mitigation, as well as Loss Prevention audit programs.

Your role and responsibilities:

As you train and become a Security and Loss Prevention Specialist, you\'ll own:
\xc2\xb7 Physical security
\xc2\xb7 Conduct Physical Security audits,
\xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot Physical Security systems (LENEL, CAMIQ, VISION, and so on),
\xc2\xb7 Review and improvement of PS systems,
\xc2\xb7 Personnel security
\xc2\xb7 Train small groups in matters of security,
\xc2\xb7 Advise on personnel security matters,
\xc2\xb7 Security management
\xc2\xb7 Represent the interests of Security and Loss Prevention in leadership meetings,
\xc2\xb7 Participate in the selection of new contract security personnel,
\xc2\xb7 Provide advice and guidance to contract security personnel,
\xc2\xb7 Communicate with security service providers,
\xc2\xb7 Communication of security related topics to all relevant stakeholders,
\xc2\xb7 Lead Security and Loss Prevention projects with limited scale or scope,
\xc2\xb7 Participate in large scale, Fulfillment Center-wide projects,
\xc2\xb7 Resilience
\xc2\xb7 Review and continuously improve Security and Loss Prevention processes,
\xc2\xb7 Identify and communicate Security and Loss Prevention risks to operational management,
\xc2\xb7 Act as point of contact in emergency or critical circumstances,
\xc2\xb7 Investigation
\xc2\xb7 Conduct preliminary analysis and subsequent investigation of losses,
\xc2\xb7 Effectively use resources for data mining, CCTV and other surveillance, for purposes of loss analysis and investigations,
\xc2\xb7 Conduct forensic interviews, based on analytical results,
\xc2\xb7 Conduct interviews when any cases of policy violations arise,
\xc2\xb7 Report investigation results,
\xc2\xb7 Act as point of contact for law enforcement authorities.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Mansfield, NTT, GBR

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous experience in express delivery and supply chain loss prevention
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Must have solid oral and written communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in security services, asset protection, audit, risk management, inventory control, quality assurance, or other related fields
- Certification in formal investigation procedures (Wicklander/Zulawski)
- Previous experience with warehouse or distribution centre services
- Familiarity with databases (for querying and analysing), such as SQL, Access, etc
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma concepts
- Comfortable working in a ever-growing and multi-tasking environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision, even with off-site supervision
- Analytical experience in a performance-based, results-oriented setting
