Join our Loss Recovery team, where you'll support customers involved in non-fault motor accidents by helping them recover their losses and pursuing the responsible third party or their insurer for costs incurred as a result of the incident which will mainly include repairs and hire. You will manage your own caseload, ensuring both speed and quality of Loss Recovery while maintaining FMG's proactive approach to claims handling.


Responsibilities will include:

Investigating liability and negotiating settlement Gathering evidence from multiple sources Using intelligence tools to support decision-making Settling claims in the best interests of our clients Prepare cases for court proceedings

Salary

- Starting from 23,874.98 or negotiable dependant on your level of experience, with a quarterly performance bonus earning up to an extra 3800 annually!

Annual leave

- Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service, plus the flexibility to buy or sell up to 5 extra days each year. Of course, you'll have public holidays too and an extra day off to celebrate your birthday!

You thrive in a team-working environment, where you can effectively collaborate with others and exhibit your critical thinking skills. A good understanding of the insurance industry would be essential.
