Join our Loss Recovery team, where you'll support customers involved in non-fault motor accidents by helping them recover their losses and pursuing the responsible third party or their insurer for costs incurred as a result of the incident which will mainly include repairs and hire. You will manage your own caseload, ensuring both speed and quality of Loss Recovery while maintaining FMG's proactive approach to claims handling.
Responsibilities will include:
Investigating liability and negotiating settlement
Gathering evidence from multiple sources
Using intelligence tools to support decision-making
Settling claims in the best interests of our clients
Prepare cases for court proceedings
