As a Lounge Commis Waiter, you will support the Lounge team in creating seamless and memorable experiences for our guests. From preparing tables and assisting with service to anticipating needs with quiet confidence, you will embody Nobu's crafted approach -- where every detail matters and every guest feels genuinely cared for.
You will
Support the waiters and restaurant team to ensure smooth, efficient service
Greet guests warmly and communicate effectively to create a welcoming atmosphere
Prepare tables and service stations to the highest standards before and during service
Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining order and attention to detail throughout
Carry trays, plates and glassware safely and with confidence
Observe tables and anticipate guest needs, assisting the team when required
Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, including allergens and daily specials
Ensure dishes and utensils are clean, well-presented and handled with care
Handle guest requests politely and promptly, escalating when necessary
Support new team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment
Attend team briefings, sharing insights and learning from others
Uphold Nobu standards of health, safety and hygiene at all times
Embody Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro in every guest interaction
