We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Loyalty Technology & Integration Manager

with hotel background to be the primary liaison between our loyalty program team and our new CRM and loyalty platform technology vendor. Reporting to the Global Head of Loyalty, you will be the backbone of the team - ensuring the seamless implementation and integration of our new technological platform.


This is a hybrid role with two days flexibility to work from home and requires frequent international travel.


Key Responsibilities of the Loyalty Technology & Integration Manager include:



Act as the main technical point of contact and project manager with our third-party CRM and loyalty platform vendor. Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the new loyalty platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications. Manage the integration of the new loyalty platform with existing key hotel systems, particularly Property Management Systems (PMS). Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa, facilitating clear communication between commercial teams and the tech vendor. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, coordinating resolutions with the vendor and internal IT teams. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets related to the technology implementation. Ensure data integrity and security standards are met throughout the platform implementation and integration phases. Provide technical support and guidance to the loyalty program team.

If you're our ideal Loyalty Technology & Intergratgion Manager, you will:



Have previous experience in a similar role, specifically managing technology development projects with third-party vendors such as Salesforce and Oracle. Demonstrable experience with large-scale system integrations, involving CRM, loyalty platforms, or PMS systems in a hospitality or retail context. Have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies. Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business requirements to technical teams. Be proficient in English; additional European languages are a plus.
