The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and develop sophisticated financial models to identify compelling investment opportunities
Execute in-depth research on target companies, including thorough examination of financial statements, business models, competitive positioning, and industry dynamics
Formulate and present well-substantiated investment theses to the investment committee
Continuously monitor portfolio positions and evolving market trends
Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a flat organisational structure that values diverse perspectives
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant investment experience, with buy-side experience strongly preferred.
Exceptional financial modelling capabilities and fundamental analysis skills
Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to learn across multiple sectors
Strong critical thinking and proven ability to develop independent investment theses
