LSE Student Voice and Partnership Coordinator

Salary from 43,277- 51,714 pa, with potential to progress to 55,497 pa inclusive of London allowance

The role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic LSE Student Voice and Partnership Coordinator to join the Student Communities Team. Working closely with multiple teams across LSE and LSESU, you will facilitate a connected and School-wide approach to student voice and partnership, including strengthening our understanding of how students engage with relevant mechanisms, exploring which voices are being represented, and supporting access to, and use of, existing feedback and insight. Additionally, you will make valuable contributions by facilitating, and inspiring, meaningful opportunities for students to engage with shaping the School through a range of partnership initiatives, and collaborate with colleagues to work in this area with our broader student community.


This pivotal role is at the heart of our commitment to centring students' voices and facilitating opportunities to work with our community to continually evolve with, and for, students.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with the ability to lead operational development and delivery of student voice and partnership-related projects, in order to deliver on our strategic objectives. Essential skills and experience include:


Excellent coordination skills and the ability to link together multiple initiatives and stakeholders.

A strong understanding of feedback mechanisms and approaches to gathering and incorporating insight. Experience working with diverse groups--whether students or individuals from other sectors.
