Happy Days Nursery Summercourt, in Newquay is seeking a Lunch Cover Assistant to join our team Monday to Friday, all year round.



As Lunch Cover Assistant you will play a vital role in helping us inspire the future for our children, by offering them the very best care and education using our unique curriculum "Where Children Shine"



Your roles and responsibilities as Lunch Cover Assistant would include -

Performance

Embodying our SHINE values (Support, Honesty, Inspiration, Nurturing and Empowerment) in everything you do Supporting the effective running on the nursery by being organised, and have the ability to plan and prioritise your work Being positive, confident and honest Having great initiative and a "can do" attitude Knowing and upholding our policies, procedures and established working practices

Outstanding Childcare

Being a "key person" for a group of children, ensuring that their care and development needs are being met at all times Using our unique curriculum to observe, plan and assess children's learning opportunities Understanding and implementing safeguarding, health and safety and welfare requirement policies and practices

Working with Others
