Overview:
Join our team as a Lunch Cover Argyle Bridge Children's Nursery, where you will play a vital role in supporting staff and children during their lunch period. We are seeking an individual passionate about working with children.

Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and support to children during lunchtime, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
- Assist children with navigating lunchtime routines.
- Communicate effectively with staff to understand any specific needs, allergies or requirements the children have whilst covering during lunch breaks.
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for all children, promoting inclusivity and respect.

Experience:
- Prior experience working with children, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills are essential to interact effectively with children and staff.
- Ability to adapt to various situations and work well in a team environment.

Requirements:
- Passion for working with children..
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with staff and children.
- Flexibility and patience to handle varying situations that may occur during the lunch periods.
- Certification or training in education, child development, or related fields is advantageous.
