Lunchtime Assistant
Job Description
Eden Nursery is a warm, nurturing, and vibrant setting where every child is supported to flourish. We are looking for a qualified and caring Lunchtime Practitioner to join our dedicated team.
About the Role:
This role is designed to provide cover during lunch times and to strengthen room support during peak periods of the day. The successful applicant will work closely with our passionate team to ensure the highest standards of care, supervision, and early learning are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide engaging and nurturing care during lunch periods.
Support staff teams in playrooms during busy times.
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and caring environment.
Promote positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Follow Eden Nursery's safeguarding and wellbeing policies at all times.
Requirements:
A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
A genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Reliability and a caring, professional attitude.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 14,672.82 per year
Expected hours: 16 per week
