Responsible to: Nursery Directors / Managers/Senior Staff Team

To work alongside all members of staff to ensure that the National Childcare Standards are met. To assist key staff with the delivery of the nursery curriculum. To support children's individual needs throughout meal times. To promote hygienic working practices To work alongside other staff to ensure children's individual, social, emotional, physical and spiritual needs are met appropriately and effectively. To assist with activities appropriate for the age and development of individual children. To ensure all children have access to a wide variety of activities and experiences. To promote good working practices. To assist all staff with the day to day cleaning of the nursery. To provide a high level of supervision. To ensure that good levels of hygiene are maintained. To keep appropriate records. To work with families and carers. To as necessary provide cover for other staff members. To undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the Nursery Directors/ Nursery Manager
Part-time hours: 11.25 per week
