Lunchtime Assistant

to join our nursery team in

Finchampstead

Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

Support and supervise children during mealtimes, ensuring a safe, calm, and positive atmosphere. Assist with preparing and clearing the lunch area. Provide support with hygiene routines, including handwashing and toileting. Engage with children in a nurturing and respectful manner. Maintain a clean and organised environment in line with health and safety standards. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the well-being of all children.

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential) Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team
