Job Description

We are looking for a Part Time Nursery Assistant working 20 hours a week to join our Nursery at Westcroft in Milton Keynes. Based within the retail area of Westcroft (4 miles from Central Milton Keynes), the nursery is perfectly situated so the children can be part of the local community. They are often seen accessing the local amenities such as the library, shopping in the shops, participating in activities with the parish council as well as walking to the beautiful forest school area and the local park.


The hours will be working between the hours of 1100-15.00 working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday all year round.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated and enthusiastic about outdoor learning and creative play, as well as a good working knowledge and practice of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.


Successful applicants must be able to provide 'right to work in the UK' documentation, provide two satisfactory references and undertake an enhanced DBS check prior commencing employment.


The role will be covering lunches for staff and monitoring and helping serve childrens lunches and clear up afterwards. As well as helping with childrens activities.
