Lunch time assistant (Part-Time)

Dockside Day Nursery & Pre-School - Chatham

Hours:

11:00am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, over 51 weeks of the year

All year round

(this is not a term-time only role)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting children across different rooms while covering staff lunches.

Your role will include:

Supporting the learning and development of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
(Previous knowledge is helpful but not essential -- training will be provided)

Assisting with children's observations and developmental records Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that reflects cultural diversity Promoting positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children at all times Attending training courses as required (some may take place on Saturdays)

You may have experience as a:

Early Years Practitioner, Childcare Practitioner, Nursery Practitioner, Play Worker, Nursery Teacher, or Early Years Educator.
