Lunchtime Assistant (Part-Time)

12.5 hours per week: 12.15pm to 2.45pm Monday to Friday

Salary: 7,896-8,149 per annum (already pro-rated to reflect term time working; full year equivalent would be 28,247-29,150)

Term time + training as required

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team of caring and compassionate Support Workers, who are committed in providing the very best quality of care and support to our young people (6-19) to enable them to reach their full potential.

Working and sharing meals with students, your role as Lunchtime Assistant will involve being an integral member of a multidisciplinary team helping to support and encourage students to develop and maintain social skills and relationships with the house community; helping them to achieve personal development targets. You will have a calm and patient disposition, highly effective communication skills and be unfazed by challenging behaviour.
