Job Description

We are looking for a Part Time Lunchtime Assistant working 17.5 hours a week to join our nursery at Burton Latimer.


The nursery is on a half-acre site, adjacent to the football club and sports field; it is purpose-built with large and airy rooms and underfloor heating. The nursery offers light, spacious rooms and an extensive outdoor play area for both our Acorns (under 2's) and our Squirrels and Oaks (over 2's). Outdoor play is a key aspect of Acorn's ethos and the children benefit from spending time outdoors every day, whatever the weather. Pre-school children enjoy Forest School sessions in an area of the garden and also further afield with our in-house Forest School leader, Carly.

The position is working 17.5 hours per week Monday through to Friday all year round working approximately between the hours of 11:00-14:30 each day.

Successful applicants must be able to provide 'right to work in the UK' documentation, provide two satisfactory references and undertake an enhanced DBS check prior commencing employment.
