Due to the retirement of the current post holder, Campion School are seeking a highly motivated individual who wants to be part of a team which is helping to change young people's lives for the better.
This role is to assist in the supervision of students and to help maintain a safe and caring environment for all students during the break and lunchtime periods. The role involves a certain amount of manual work e.g. cleaning tables, sweeping and emptying bins following each of the breaks.
The successful candidate will:
Work well in a team and as an individual, with good interpersonal skills.
Have high expectations for students' behaviour and achievement.
Be someone who is resilient and prepared to put the needs of students first.
