About the role



To ensure the safety, wellbeing and positive behaviour of pupils during the lunchtime period, with a particular focus on play and recreational activities in the playground and other designated areas. The role creates an inclusive, engaging and fun environment where children feel safe, active and respected.

What we are looking for



We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lunchtime Playleader. You will be expected to supervise and engage pupils during the lunchtime period, promoting positive behaviour, encouraging play and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children. We are looking for someone who is reliable with good communication skills and can work well as part of a team.
