Job Description

We are looking for someone with front of house experience who loves looking after people and making sure they have a great dining experience. We are a small and very busy team so you will need to enjoy team working and be flexible to take on whatever needs to be done - from taking orders, serving food and drink to clearing, washing-up and restocking.

There are 2 shifts available per week. These are Friday and Saturday lunchtimes. Over-time may be available at other times including occasional Saturday evenings.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

Your responsibilities will include:

Taking orders and advising on food and drink Preparing drinks Running food Clearing, setting up tables and washing up. Setting up and clearing down the restaurant
We will provide on the job training.

Moli is a Chinese Tea House and dim sum restaurant, based in Shrewsbury Market Hall. We offer a warm and friendly service and a true experience of Asian food and drink.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-13.00 per hour
