Job Overview

We are seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team in an our busy nursery environment. We are looking for a kind, caring and confident individual to sit with the children during lunch time and help support the children's independence during meal times. The ideal candidate will already have paediatric first aid, and food hygiene would be preferable.

Duties

Supervise children during meal times ensuring children are safe and happy while eating. Ensuring children's packed lunches are appropriate in terms of quality, quantity and prepared appropriately for the child's age and stage. Be aware of children's allergies and ensure they are not at risk of cross contamination during meal times. Support children to build their independence opening their lunch, wiping their faces and washing their hands. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Work Location: In person
