NovemberWe are recruiting caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisors to work in a primary school in Lichfield from November 2025. This is a rewarding part-time role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and can help create a safe, happy, and positive lunchtime environment.
Role Responsibilities:
Supervise children in the dining hall, playground, and classroom areas during lunch breaks Encourage safe, positive play and help organise fun lunchtime activities Support pupils with meals, ensuring safety and good behaviour Promote inclusion, kindness, and respect among all pupils Deal with minor incidents or first aid (training can be provided) Work with school staff to ensure a safe and happy lunchtime environment
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children (schools, childcare, youth work etc.)
Friendly, patient, and approachable
Good communication and behaviour management skills
Reliable and flexible with part-time hours
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Qualifications
(Pre employment training provided by SCCU)Level 1 Preparing to Work in Schools Level 1 Safeguarding in Education and Childcare Settings
Eligibility criteria
You must be 19+ Have lived in the UK for the past 3 years Not currently in education Currently unemployed or in receipt of low wag (Under 25,7500)
