Role Overview

We are seeking responsible and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as

Lunchtime Supervisors

. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the well-being, safety, and positive behaviour of pupils during the lunch period.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise pupils during lunchtime in the dining hall and surrounding areas, promoting discipline and good manners. Encourage pupils to tidy up and clear tables appropriately. Ensure pupils remain on-site during lunch where applicable, in line with school policy. Implement and uphold the behaviour policy consistently. Report incidents of inappropriate behaviour or concerns to senior staff. Work collaboratively with other staff and follow directions from senior leadership. Assist with basic first aid and report serious incidents promptly. Maintain cleanliness in relevant areas: clear and wipe tables, ensure trays and rubbish are dealt with properly. Follow all safeguarding and health & safety procedures to ensure the welfare of pupils.
