Job Description

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our nursery team. This role is an important part of the day, helping our children to enjoy their meals in a safe, happy and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities:

Supervising children during lunchtime, encouraging good table manners and positive social interaction. Supporting children with eating, including opening food containers and assisting younger children when needed. Helping to set up and clear away lunch areas. Ensuring a safe, calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the lunch period. Supporting staff with transitions to and from play/rest time.

About you:

Friendly, patient and reliable, with a genuine love for working with children. Able to work effectively as part of a team. Committed to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. Previous experience in a childcare or school setting is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
Working hours are 11:15am-1:15pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.51 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
