The Role

This is a varied, hands-on position. You'll be responsible for completing daily deliveries of empty and packed wooden crates and, once trained, collecting unpacked goods such as machinery and artworks. We work with high-value items, so you must be comfortable handling goods safely and respectfully. You'll also be representing the company, so a professional attitude is essential at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out daily delivery and collection routes using company vans Load and unload goods safely - after probation, we invest in you and get you forklift qualified Complete PODs accurately using our digital system Provide excellent customer service at delivery points Ensure vehicles are kept clean, maintained, and roadworthy

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence - more than 6 points unfortunately means you can't drive for us Physically fit and able to handle manual loading Previous van driving or multi-drop experience preferred Good communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic - this is a busy role, ideal for people who don't like sitting around Reliable and punctual - absolutely key to being a successful team member here

Forklift licence (counterbalance and/or multidirectional) - a big plus! Previous export packing or crate-making experience - a big plus! White glove logistics or removals background - a big plus! Familiarity with Heathrow's industrial estates and nearby businesses Confident navigating Central London Experience handling loose or high-value goods
