Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail staff to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity in tasks and responsibilities. Handle administrative tasks including inventory management, scheduling, and reporting. Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results. Ensure the store is well-organised, visually appealing, and stocked with merchandise. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Maintain high standards of phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.
