About the Role
As TWE's Luxury and Replenishment Planner, you will manage finished goods across EMEA warehouses for all COOs and ranges; ordering, allocation, inventory, availability and obsolescence of stock in 4 warehouses. A key part of the role will be ensuring clear communication across internal and external stakeholders to ensure stock optimisation. You'll also resolve supply issues and lead on wider team tasks, fulfilment, stock at risk and availability reporting.
Other Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage replenishment orders from all global supply locations into UK, Norway, Sweden & Denmark warehouses across all finished goods considering latest forecast, safety stock, business needs and allocations.
Lead on optimize stock availability for the Commercial teams and if stock constrained, manage the release of stock for customer orders daily on fulfilment for FG.
Lead on communication of stock availability information to the wider TWE stakeholders weekly.
Work closely with Customer Services, Logistics, Sales teams, 3 rd Party Warehouse Provider and nominated freight forwarders.
Review replenishment plans generated in INFOR on a weekly basis and organise replenishments accordingly managing varying lead times.
Identify products which are low or out of stock and liase with the supply regions to improve availability, ensuring direct ship orders considered to optimise availability.
Manage requests for stock availability information from the EMEA Customer Service, Export, Sales and Marketing teams, occasional out of hours calls.
Plan the container load intake schedule in conjunction with the 3 rd Party Warehouse provider and nominated freight forwarder, ensuring costs optimised and tracked with Supply finance and manage freight invoicing process.
Resolve any queries relating to inbound loads with the supplying and receiving sites and identify and escalate any risks of not being able to meet the original replenishment and intake plans.
Luxury products planning and communication on allocation budget and stock aligning, communication to wider sales team, system and global alignment, rework lead if required.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a high-performing professional with previous experience in similar position in FMCG environment. To be successful you will need excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively multi-task projects. You will also need strong organisational, time management, analytical, and reporting skills.
Other:
Excellent Proficiency in Excel
Experience preferred in JDE and INFOR
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Ability to work across all functions
Problem solving capabilities
Ability to maintain positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that reflects Treasury Wine Estates Values
