Your New Role
As Stock & Inventory Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth
operation of our inventory systems by ensuring all stock movements and supplier invoices are
processed with accuracy and efficiency.
You will represent the Jack Murphy Jewellers brand behind the scenes, receiving expert training
to develop in-depth product and systems knowledge. Supported by management, you will
contribute directly to the success of the business by keeping stock levels optimised and aligned
across both our digital and in-store experiences.
Your role, combined with strong collaboration across departments, is essential to the continued
growth of Jack Murphy Jewellers and delivering on the brand's vision for exceptional customer
service and operational excellence.
Key Job Responsibilities Include (But Not Limited To)
Inventory Management
1. Accurately input all new stock into the inventory system, including detailed descriptions,
pricing, and product codes.
2. Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across both retail and e-commerce platforms.
3. Log and process supplier invoices and delivery notes in a timely and organised manner.
4. Oversee goods intake and verification, ensuring all stock is accounted for and in line with
purchase orders.
5. Support inventory audits and regular stocktaking procedures to ensure data accuracy.
Supplier & Order Coordination
6. Process supplier orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and correct documentation.
7. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to investigate and resolve any discrepancies
relating to stock, invoices, or deliveries.
8. Manage returns processing and credit reconciliations as required.

Compliance & Quality Assurance
9. Ensure all luxury inventory movements are accurately tracked and documented in
accordance with internal standards and relevant industry regulations.
10. Support risk management and compliance requirements, particularly in relation to the
Windsor Framework and quality control protocols.
Sales & Customer Service
11. Assist with in-store sales when required, providing outstanding customer service and
strong product knowledge.
12. Utilise the CRM system to maintain accurate customer records and support customer
contact activities.
Administration & Housekeeping
13. Maintain well-organised digital and physical records for inventory, invoices, and supplier
documentation.
14. Perform general administrative duties, including sales order management, goods receipt
recording, and invoice reconciliation.
15. Carry out daily housekeeping duties to ensure a clean, organised, and welcoming retail
environment.
Learning & Development
16. Attend relevant training to enhance product knowledge, operational skills, and contribute
to your continued professional growth within the Jack Murphy Jewellers team.
Requirements
1. Strong attention to detail for accurate stock management and data entry.
2. Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, records, and deadlines efficiently.
3. Numeracy and accuracy for pricing, invoicing, and stock reconciliation.
4. Communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, team members, and customers.
5. Customer service experience with a professional, client-focused approach.
6. IT proficiency particularly in inventory systems, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
7. Problem-solving ability to resolve stock discrepancies and support smooth operations.
