About the job
We are recruiting a
full time
Luxury Retail Assistant for our Kiltane store on the Royal Mile. We are looking for someone who is available5 days
on a rota of 7 days per week.As a luxury retail assistant, you will join our team sharing a passion for Kiltane and striving to provide excellent customer service to all customers.
About you:
Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (beneficial)*
Mandarin Speaking (beneficial but not essential)*
Able to work well with others & approach others easily Dedication to provide high standard of customer service Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to prioritise and multitask well in a busy environment
Key Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service Processing payments and returns Ensuring the shop floor is fully stocked and well presented Accepting and cross-checking daily deliveries Maintain knowledge of all out products and textiles
