About the Role:

As a

Luxury Retail Security Officer

, you will play a key role in:

Providing a welcoming, professional presence to all clients and customers Preventing loss through vigilant monitoring and strong awareness Handling incidents discreetly and efficiently Working in partnership with store teams to maintain a secure, premium retail environment
What We're Looking For:

SIA License

(essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A smart, well-groomed appearance suitable for a high-end retail setting Calm under pressure and able to handle sensitive situations discreetly Previous experience in retail or customer-facing security (preferred but not essential)
