Role Overview:
As a Sales Associate/Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience while driving sales and promoting brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage clients, delivering world-class service at all times
Understand and convey detailed product knowledge and brand stories
Build and maintain long-term client relationships (clienteling)
Support store operations: stock management, merchandising, till operation
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
Represent the brand with the highest standards of appearance and professionalism
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
Participate in training and brand events as required
