Luxury Sales Assistant - Part Time
Location:Windsor (driver required)
Salary: 14.00 - 15.00 per hour
Hours: Saturday, Sunday and 1 weekday, 10:00am - 6:00pm (8-hour shift with paid lunch)

The Role:You'll play a key part in creating an exceptional boutique experience - offering tailored advice, sharing in-depth product knowledge, and helping customers feel truly valued from the moment they walk in. It's a warm and professional team where individuality and passion are welcomed.
Day-to-day, you will:

• Offer bespoke customer service to a discerning client base
• Build strong customer relationships and brand loyalty
• Share product knowledge with confidence and authenticity
• Ensure the boutique is beautifully presented at all times
• Support colleagues to meet and exceed team sales targets
• Be a true brand ambassador for a company with global recognition

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (luxury or retail ideal)
• Natural rapport builder with a professional, polished presence
• Passionate about quality and the customer journey
• Reliable and confident working weekend shifts
• A driver with own transport (the boutique is not easily accessible by public transport)
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to learning
