About the Role:

As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding clients on their wellness journey, providing expert advice and personalised recommendations on our premium range of beauty and wellness products. You will be responsible for:

Possessing an in-depth knowledge of our product range, including premium brands, exclusive lines, and specialised health and wellness products. Engaging in a consultative selling approach, understanding client needs and offering personalised recommendations. Presenting products with confidence and enthusiasm, highlighting their unique features, benefits, and value proposition. Educating clients on product usage, ingredients, and potential benefits, ensuring they make informed choices. Identifying opportunities to enhance client purchases by suggesting complementary products or services that align with their needs and preferences. a Cultivating relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and personalised attention to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

Ideal Candidate:

2+ years of experience in a retail environment, with experience in selling beauty and wellness products. Expert product knowledge, with a passion for wellness and a genuine interest in client well-being. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions. Impeccable presentation and a professional demeanour.
