Every sculpture, sundial or water feature is crafted by hand on site in rural Oxfordshire. As a family-owned business, we are a small but established team, where every individual plays their part offering the very best service to its highly affluent audience of private customers, interior and garden designers, art consultants and property developers.

Your Remit:
As Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for a diverse set of critical tasks within the sales department. You will work on inbound enquiries and generate your own opportunities by building strong relationships with designers. It is a crucial role and, in many cases, you will be the first person from the business that potential clients and designers speak to.

Because of the wide scope this role has, there is also plenty of opportunity for development and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Following up leads from inbound sales enquiries, events and exhibitions
+ Undertaking client site visits as well as coordinating production of any creative material, sales proposals and costing information required by client
+ On confirmation of sale, completing all the required paperwork for seamless handover
+ Maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency
+ Attending sales meetings and being prepared to discuss pipeline opportunities
+ Effectively using Salesforce to grow sales and improve sales process
+ Nurturing relationships with a targeted yet evolving list of specifiers
+ Organising the production of presentations and presenting to small groups of designers
+ Maintaining a relationship with those designers to increase the future pipeline of opportunities
+ Undertaking special projects and reports as required by the Sales Director

About You:
Essential:
+ 2-3 years sales experience
+ Highly organised with great attention to detail
+ Confident, friendly, and have a professional telephone manner and ability to form a connection with potential clients quickly
+ Excellent IT skills
+ Willingness to travel internationally
+ Experience presenting to prospective clients

Nice to Haves:
+ An interest in the design/ creative industry
+ Experience of using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
+ Ability to influence and steer prospective customers in the luxury market
