Position: Store Manager - Flagship Location (Knightsbridge)

As the

Store Manager

of Bella Ling, you will be the cornerstone of our flagship store's success. This is a dynamic leadership role that goes far beyond operations--you will be entrusted with driving sales performance, managing administrative and financial workflows, leading a high-performing team, and elevating our brand presence through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring seamless execution across all functions including inventory management, compliance, and stock control. Implement streamlined administrative systems covering payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, and staff scheduling to support business efficiency and profitability.

Leadership & Team Development

Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of luxury retail professionals to deliver exemplary customer service and exceed sales targets. Foster a high-performance culture through continuous coaching, regular performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

Champion the Bella Ling brand by providing a personalised, attentive shopping experience to every customer. Build lasting relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and curating selections that reflect their unique style and preferences.

Sales Strategy & Marketing Activation

Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive long-term growth. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute in-store events, influencer partnerships, and local digital campaigns that increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Brand Stewardship & Community Engagement

Ensure the store reflects the highest standards in visual merchandising and adheres strictly to brand guidelines. Act as a brand ambassador in the community, cultivating strategic partnerships and engaging with local influencers, businesses, and organisations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail management, ideally in a flagship or high-profile boutique environment. Proven track record in team leadership, operations, and achieving sales targets. Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory systems. Proficiency with

Shopify

is essential. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire staff and create a customer-first environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred. Strategic, data-driven thinker with a flair for high-end retail and sustainability.
