Job Description

Bella Ling Ltd is a luxury resale boutique based in Knightsbridge, specialising in designer brands such as Chanel, Hermes, Dior and Louis Vuitton. We are looking for a reliable, organised and friendly individual to support the team with a variety of day-to-day tasks across the shop.

This role involves a mix of

operations, stock management, basic sales support, and general shop assistance

, working closely alongside the team to make sure the boutique runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Shop & Team Support

Work closely with the team to support daily operations Help with general shop tasks such as tidying, preparing items and maintaining a presentable environment Assist with opening and closing routines when needed Support management with simple administrative tasks

Inventory & Stock Handling

Photograph new stock in a clear and professional way Upload and update product information such as SKUs, measurements and descriptions Organise and maintain stock areas so everything is easy to locate Assist with deliveries, stock checks and preparing items for the shop floor

Client & Sales Assistance

Support the team during customer appointments Help with packing items and preparing orders Respond to simple customer enquiries under guidance from the team

Partnership & Business Outreach

Reach out to other boutiques, resellers and businesses to help build new relationships Assist with communication to overseas partners when required Follow up on collaboration enquiries and opportunities

Ideal Candidate

Good eye for photography and product presentation Friendly, positive and able to work well with a team Organised with good attention to detail Comfortable working on a variety of tasks throughout the day Confident using WhatsApp, Instagram and basic computer tools Interest in luxury fashion is helpful but not required 1-2 years of boutique or retail experience
