Luxury Travel Assistant Manager. The UK's leading luxury tour operator is seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Assistant Manager for their Nottingham store . This role will assist with the management of a busy retail store, whilst also selling luxury travel products to customers. This role will support the manager ensuring the team offer a high level of service to its customer, whilst driving and developing business for the store. You will be rewarded with a salary of 28, 961 plus a generous commission scheme, along with a range of company benefits.
Luxury Travel Assistant Manager responsibilities:

• Accountable for meeting and exceeding retail sales targets.
• To drive all sales and to convert bookings by closing the sale and driving new business .
• Day to day support alongside the manager, running of the store including operations and administration.
• Responsible for the development of all staff.
• Achieving own personal sales targets

Luxury Travel Assistant Manager skills required:

• Experience of managing a retail travel store, with profit and staff responsibility.
• A strong track record of delivering sales results and exceptional service.
• A genuine passion for travel, especially long-haul destinations.
• Good all-round understanding of the sales and commercial aspects of tour operating, including scheduled flights.
• Excellent working knowledge of at least one travel agent or tour operators' reservation system.
