The Role

We are looking for an experienced Luxury Travel Consultant to join our Rayleigh-based team. You'll craft and sell bespoke travel packages, manage client relationships, and contribute to our growth. Your understanding of the luxury travel sector will be key - having your own book of clients is a great bonus, though not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

? Create, sell, and manage bespoke luxury travel and experiences (flights, accommodation, ground transport, excursions, etc.)

? Provide white-glove service to premium clients, ensuring all details are seamless.

? Maintain and grow client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

? Stay current with luxury travel destinations, event trends, and supplier offerings.

? Achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets.

About You:

? Solid experience as a travel consultant - essential. In particular, GDS knowledge is key.

? Strong knowledge of high-end travel logistics and luxury markets.

? Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

? Highly organised, detail-oriented, and client-centred.

? Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.

? Possessing your own client book is a major plus (but not mandatory).
