Level 3 Baby Room Practitioner - Smart Start Childcare



We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic

Level 3 qualified practitioner

to join our team in the Baby Room at Smart Start Childcare.

In this role, you will:

Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for babies aged 0-2 years. Build strong bonds with children, supporting their early development and emotional wellbeing. Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to individual needs and developmental stages. Work closely with parents and carers, offering feedback and maintaining strong partnerships. Ensure high standards of safeguarding, hygiene, and health & safety at all times. Contribute to observations, assessments, and individual learning plans.

What we're looking for:



A full and relevant

Level 3 Early Years qualification

. A genuine passion for working with babies and supporting their early milestones. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A warm, patient, and professional approach. Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
