We're Hiring: Self-Employed Delivery Drivers with Vans (LWB to Extra-Large)
Location: Sittingbourne (In-Person Work)
We're currently entering our busiest season and it's set to continue well into 2026! We're looking for
self-employed van drivers
to join our growing team. Whether you're looking for flexible weekday shifts, weekend top-ups, or long-term guaranteed routes, we've got options for you.What We Offer:
Rates start at 180/day
, increasing to200/day
after 30 days of consistent shiftsDouble shifts available
for drivers who finish rounds earlyMonday to Friday
routes: up to 65 stops/day (short radius = less fuel usage)Weekend work available
for extra incomePaid weekly
Permanent routes available
- earn up to300/day on price-per-mile basis
5-day contracts available
with reliable, long-term work (3-year routes)Requirements:
You
must own
a LWB or extra-large van Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge GPS/map navigation ability1+ year of delivery driving experience preferred
Warehouse experience a plus (not essential)Key Skills:
Strong communication and customer service skills Proven ability to work independently and efficiently

Pay: 180.00-200.00 per day
