International Logistics Team Leader

to join their business in the UK.

LX Pantos is a global freight forwarding and supply chain specialist now seeking to appoint an experienced level of Air & Ocean Import / Export Clerk to join our busy team in Slough. You will join in International Freight Forwarding Team that deals with mainly Import & Export operations and customs mainly from Asia or to Asia for very specific High Street Names.

1. PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Occupational category: International Logistics Team Leader Personnel: 1 Foreign language skills: Fluent in English. Korean proficiency at the native level

2. MAIN OBJECTIVES

To coordinate Air / Sea Imports & Export and logistics operations To monitor the daily operation of Air & Sea shipment in international freight forwarding area To develop and secure new profitable customer relationships by selling and promoting Pantos services

3. RESPONSIBILITIES

Proving customers with a competitive cost structure and service offering to secure business To build long terms relationships with customers to solicit additional business where possible Organising the safe and efficient movement of goods on behalf of the customer Coordinating logistics operations for urgent and high-value airfreight and managing the risk door to door Working closely with local customers, colleagues and third parties to ensure smooth operations to deadlines Acting as a customs clearance agent on behalf of the customers Liaising with third parties to move goods by air & sea in accordance with customer requirements Maintaining visibility and control through all phases of the journey Report Weekly Import / Export Cargo Volume Forecasting Meet the KPI of Operation Excellence Monthly Targets Manage the Unsettlement of Freight / Unexecuted Shipment List on monthly basis Train PiLOS / ASM Customs System to team members Ad-hoc Duties as assigned by management

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

Internal: International Logistics team, Business Administration team, Express team, and Warehouse & Trucking External: LGE, HQs and other local customers, Partners - Airlines, Shipping lines, and Road and rail freight operators

4. OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience (preferred, but not compulsory) Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Proficient level of English and Korean in speaking and writing Customer orientated Pro-active problem solving skills Able to prioritize multiple requests and responsibilities in a fast paced environment Work in Harmony with colleagues as one Team Able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

5. SALARY & BENEFITS

Visa:

Work Visa Holders who can work legally in the UK

Annual Salary:

?30,000 ~?40,000 (Negotiable depnding on work experiences)

Recruitment:

12 months rolling contract

Working hours:

8 hours/ day, 5 days a week (1-hour lunch break included)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Holiday:

21 days (Plus bank holidays and public holiday)

Start date

: November 2025

: Provision of health insurance in accordance with local labor laws

6. PROCESS

Recruitment period

: 01 Nov 2025 1st: Document review - review of submitted documents (CV, resume, certificates) 2nd: Interview - face to face or video conference Interview schedule will be arranged with candidates once passed document check, Comprehensive evaluation of required skills for the role (Language skills, attitude)
