Job Description

Our busy bakery is looking for an additional person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping pick and pack our online, wholesale and shop deliveries.

Responsibilities:

Packing and dispatching our online orders Picking and packing our shop and wholesale deliveries Keep a clean and organised work area Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies Collaborate with team members to ensure orders are completed on time Contributing to other bakery and baking tasks, including filling macarons and preparing our other small and large cakes. Contributing to general kitchen cleaning tasks. Monitoring ingredients and packaging stock levels
Requirements:

Previous professional kitchen experience is preferred but NOT required A love of baking Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and organisational skills Flexible and positive attitude An attention detail Contributing to content creation for our social media and other marketing channels. Driving Licence to contribute to shop deliveries using work van.
We will teach you how to manage the online order admin system. Much of that is automated. A basic understanding of IT skills will be adequate, no specialist knowledge is required

6.5 hour shifts (provisional timing 8am - 2.30pm) Monday - Friday.

Location: Our bakery is located on the Hellesdon Hall Industrial Estate, Norwich (Opposite ASDA) and is easily accessible by public transportation or car. There are bus stops outside our door and easy staff parking.
