Location:

West London (2 days/week) or Fully Remote (UK only)


Salary:

50,000 - 75,000 per annum

About the Role



As a

Machine Learning Engineer

, you'll be hands-on with the full ML pipeline--from preprocessing data to deploying models in production. You'll work closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to deliver efficient, scalable, and robust solutions that drive our AI systems forward.

Key Responsibilities



? Develop, train, test, and deploy ML models for real-world applications


? Work across teams to integrate models into production systems


? Own the full lifecycle of ML solutions, from feature engineering to monitoring


? Continuously refine and optimize existing models for better performance


? Quickly analyze and manipulate data to generate actionable insights


? Maintain clear, concise documentation--no fluff, just value


? Stay current with ML research and apply new techniques as appropriate

What We're Looking For



? Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)


? 2-3 years' hands-on experience in machine learning


? Proficient in Python and Java; familiar with NLP libraries and techniques


? Practical experience with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)


? Comfortable with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning


? Knowledge of statistics and applying it to ML problems


? Familiarity with AWS and containerization tools like Kubernetes


? Self-motivated, fast learner with a "get-it-done" attitude


? Fluent in written and spoken English

Preferred (But Not Required)



Experience in fast-moving SaaS or tech environments


Background in deploying deep learning or large-scale ML systems


Experience working with big data or distributed computing


Strong communication skills across cross-functional teams


Ability to think both creatively and analytically
