Overview
We are seeking experienced and competent
Machine Operators
to join our team on active civils and groundwork projects across multiple locations. This role involves operating a range of plant machinery and supporting the groundworks team when required.Responsibilities
Operate 360 Excavators (5T-40T), Forward Tipping Dumpers, or Ride-On Rollers Perform excavation, backfilling, and general earthworks Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on plant Assist with groundworks when not operating Follow Health & Safety procedures, RAMS, and site-specific protocols Report mechanical issues or site hazards promptly Work closely with ground teams and site supervisors to meet deadlines
Requirements
Valid
CPCS
orNPORS
card for relevant machineryCSCS Card
(some sites require) Minimum5 years' experience
operating plant on civil or groundwork sites Lifting Ops Solid understanding of safe plant operation and site protocols Reliable and professional attitude Valid UK driver's licence preferred but not essential Own PPEWhat We Offer

Pay: 136.37-224.91 per day
