Summary

'Machine Operator' is a vital role at Hy-Ten Limited, responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the fabrication of steel and concrete reinforcement products. Based in GB, this position contributes directly to our mission of providing high-quality, innovative construction solutions.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery used in steel fabrication and reinforcement production. Ensure machinery is maintained and functioning efficiently. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with setup and calibration of equipment. Conduct quality checks on finished products. Support the assembly process using hand tools. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience operating manufacturing or fabrication machinery. Mechanical knowledge relevant to steel fabrication processes. Ability to use hand tools effectively. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Strong attention to safety procedures. Warehouse or materials handling experience is a plus. Welding experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Good communication skills and team spirit.
