Role Purpose



The purpose of this role is to work as part of the production team within a state of the art electrical manufacturing facility. Working a 39 hour week Monday - Friday inclusive

This position interacts with internal and external contacts, including customers and possibly, suppliers.

Role Requirements / Responsibilities



Key Accountabilities



Responsible for following instructions as directed and ensuring that all manufactured items are clearly identified.

Machine Operative



Build & Fit out of Control Panels in line with relevant General Arrangement Drawings provided by engineering. Operation of company machinery Preparation of wiring, including use of automated wire cutting and stripping, termination labelling equipment. Product training will be provided. Preparation of Panels and Cable Containment (Trunking) using Automated equipment and associated software. Methodical and organised approach to work/tasks Following procedures associated with material registration and manufacturing quality standards. Able to work as part of a team in order to meet targets and objectives Maintain quality control standards of workmanship Basic computer literacy with word and excel Ensuring that both LCA & Legislative procedures are followed. Ensure all tools and equipment are used correctly, together with any pre-start or post use checks. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is always used. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 1 years' of CNC experience or experience on a laser machine 1 years' experience reading mechanical and isometric drawings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-16.00 per hour
